LAMCO™ Feeders of El Campo, produces a patented line of feeders designed to release a specific amount of feed at predetermined intervals, providing animals with the food they need at the time they need it, without constant human attention. Today, the company markets six basic feeders: a protein feeder that can be used for whitetail deer, exotic wildlife including elk, and domestic livestock; a fish feeder, mounted on a platform, that broadcasts the pellets over the water; a portable road feeder that allows ranchers to spread feed on the ranch roads; a pet feeder; and two versions of a wildlife corn feeder. Unlike other wildlife feeders, the LAMCO products are encased in galvanized steel creating a moisture-proof storage unit that eliminates the clogging problems associated with the distributing protein-based feeds mechanically.
